The Marina has 265 wet berths which can accommodate vessels up to 18m. We are able to accommodate power boats, yachts and multi hulls.  Our berths range from 10m to 18m, with the facility to moor larger boats when needed. Wedged in between Mooloolah River to the south and the sweeping strip of Mooloolaba’s famous beach to the north, Mooloolaba Marina is centrally located to the gateway of the Sunshine Coast. Each berth has 240v shore power and fresh water. All marina fingers have controlled gate access, bathroom amenities are located on the east and west end of the grounds for use by marina guests. The laundry facilities are available for the marina guests and requires the gate key for activation, charges are account accrued. At any time that you may need assistance (during business hours) we are here to help.  When approaching your berth and a little help is needed just call us on 07 5444 5653 and we will be there ASAP, to pass a line and help you tie up.  
The Marina is located in a safe, protected harbour, open all weather and all tides. Entry is via the mouth of the Mooloolah River at Point Cartwright (lighthouse). A perfect place for both long and short term stays.


Each morning one of our friendly team walk the marina to confirm departed vessels, or intention on extending their stay. From this information allocations of berths can be confirmed for the days arrivals. During peak periods there can be a high volume of traffic and occasionally a temporary berth will be provided.

Any vessel staying at the marina must supply a current full comprehensive insurance policy which includes public liability cover, prior to or on day of arrival, this is to accompany a signed copy of the Booking Agreement and a copy of the vessel registration. You can then be rest assured in the comfort of knowing that your neighbor’s vessel is also adequately insured.


Each day a three-day weather forecast and sea level pressure prognosis is posted along with the tide chart which are located in the bulletin board next to the marina reception. Should you wish for a copy please ask one of our friendly staff to print this for you or see our TIDES & WEATHER page.

The marina fingers all require the use of a security/key tag. This can be collected from reception on your day of arrival during office hours
Monday to Saturday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Sunday & Public Holidays 8:30 am – 12:30 pm

Every berth connecting to shore power at the marina is supplied with single phase, 15A power point. To ensure that you have continual supply of power, a weather proof locking collar plug installed by a qualified professional that has been tested with the last 12 months is required. If you do not have one on these plugs fitted to your vessel, please contact one of our team to arrange for an electrical contractor to have one installed.


Wi-Fi  is available in the comfort of The Yacht Club.
